The American Kennel Club (AKC) has offered all Clubs an opportunity to appoint a legislative liaison to assist in keeping Clubs up-to-date on legislative and legislation matters. Unfortunately, all the Club activities we enjoy so much are not immune from the current litigious society in which we live, so it behooves Clubs and their members to at least have a reasonable idea of activities in these areas.
